This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (LWC) by and between AT&T-22STATE and AT&T Corp., AT&T Communications of Indiana, Inc., AT&T Communications of Texas, L.P. and Teleport Communications America, LLC (“CARRIER”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, and shall apply in the State(s) of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
