This contract is hereby made and entered into as of this date 1 October 2021 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Florida Commission on Community Service, doing business as Volunteer Florida, having its principal place of business at 1545 Raymond Diehl Road, Suite 250, Tallahassee, FL 32308, and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, a political subdivision of the State of Florida with its principal place of business located at 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34654 (the “Sub- Grantee”) (collectively, the “Parties”) and referred to herein as the “Contract.”
