Y N Y NCampsite Use Agreement • January 27th, 2022
Terms of Campsite Use Agreement: This Campsite Use Agreement, including the attached Terms & Conditions For Campsite Use (“Agreement”) is between Austin Lakes, Inc. (“Campground”) and you (“Camper”). Camper agrees to be bound by and follow all of the terms and conditions for the rental of above site number, located at Campground, at 1002 Twp. Road 285A, Toronto, Ohio 43964, as set forth in the Terms & Conditions For Campsite Use attached hereto. The Agreement shall begin on May 1, 2022 and end on April 10, 2023. If returning for 2023, Camper may remain on site if payments are up-to-date including the February deposit. If not returning, Camper will remove all personal property by 6:00 p.m. on check-out date or before. Any property not removed will be deemed abandoned and removed or disposed of by Campground at Camper’s cost. Park rules that accompany this Agreement are part of this Agreement including payment schedule.

The 2020-2021 camping season is quickly approaching, enclosed please find your 2020-21 Campsite Use Agreement. This Agreement needs to be executed and returned to Austin Lakes, Inc. no later than March 1, 2020 but preferably by February 1, 2020. If not received the site reservation will be released and the site will be listed as available for the upcoming season. (See below, the Seasonal Payment Schedule).
