Renaissance Mortgage Acceptance Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Renaissance”) has entered into a Trust Agreement, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of September 28, 2006 (collectively, the “Trust Agreement”), among Renaissance, as depositor, Wilmington Trust Company, as owner trustee (the “Owner Trustee”) and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
