THIS SVOD LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 30, 2012 (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Sony Pictures Television Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 10202 W. Washington Boulevard, Culver City, California 90232 (“Licensor”) and Rainbow Media Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with an address at 11 Penn Plaza, New York, New York 10001 (“Licensee”).
