UNITED STEELWORKERS, LOCAL UNION 13691-00, hereinafter referred to as the Union, being certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board to represent certain employees of LANXESS CANADA CO./CIE, hereinafter referred to as the Company, recognize that there exists between both parties a community of interests which consists of the support of all measures which tend to maintain harmonious and co-operative relations between both parties, which will in turn enhance production, working conditions, hours of work, wages and the general well-being of all concerned.
