Bargaining teams for the Long Beach Unified School District and the Teachers Association of Long Beach have reached a ten- tative agreement that includes a 5 percent salary increase retroactive to July 1 of this year. The tentative deal is subject to ratifica- tion by TALB’s membership and then approval by the Board of Education.
