Earlier this month, at the Council Caucus meeting, I introduced an incentive grant for Mars Electric if the company relocates its headquarters from Willoughby to 6655 Beta Drive. I explained at that meeting how I had worked with CEDC to write a letter to Mars that provided the basic terms of the grant: 5 years of an annual grant in the amount of 30% of the company’s withholding tax revenue the prior year.
