This Online and Mobile Banking Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Interact, and SECURLOCK™ EQUIP services (“Service”) that Republic Bank & Trust Company (hereafter referred to as “Republic Bank”, “Republic,” “the Bank”, “our,” “us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you,” “your” or “User”). This Agreement describes your and our rights, responsibilities, and obligations.
