The Framework Agreement is a licence agreement concluded between the respective publisher and the non-profit-making association subito e.V. (hereinafter referred to as "subito"). subito is an important document supply service whose members are large scientific libraries (supplier libraries) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Although the Parties have not resolved their disagreements in respect of the lawfulness of an international document delivery service, they have overcome such differences by a viable licence agreement.
