This OPERATING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated for convenience , 2022, and effective on the date of the last party signature below (“Effective Date”), between the OLIVEHURST PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, a public utility district formed and operating under California Public Utilities Code sections 15501 et seq. (the “District”) and the ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), an unincorporated governmental instrumentality of the Estom Yumeka Maidu Tribe of the Enterprise Rancheria, a federally recognized Indian tribe listed in the Federal Register as the Enterprise Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California (the “Tribe”). (The capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1 below.)
