AGREEMENT ("Amendment"), entered into as of this day of , 2023, among the CITY OF JOPLIN, MISSOURI, a constitutional charter city and a political subdivision of the State of Missouri (the "City"), the 32ND STREET PLACE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, a Missouri political subdivision (the "District") and WOODSONIA JOPLIN, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (the "Developer”) (the City, District, and Developer are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as "Party," as the context so requires). This Amendment supplements and amends that certain Amended and Restated Cooperative Agreement dated August 16, 2023 among the Parties (the “Cooperative Agreement” or “Agreement”).
