This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the ___ day of March, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between NICOLET UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, a union high school district organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Wisconsin (“Seller”), and [__________________], a [_________________] (“Buyer”), each of which (with all of their permitted successors and assigns) shall be known for purposes of this Agreement as a “Party,” and both of which together (with all of their permitted successors and assigns) shall be known for purposes of this Agreement as the “Parties.”
