This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of April, 2022 (“Effective Date”) between PARKFAIRFAX CONDOMINIUM UNITOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Virginia condominium association, (“Licensor”) and THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, a Virginia municipal corporation (“Licensee”). The Licensor and Licensee are sometimes hereinafter separately referred to as “Party” and jointly referred to herein as the “Parties”.
