The Corporation recognizes the Association as the exclusive Bargaining Agent for all Firefighters, Communicators, Members of the Fire Prevention, Maintenance and Training Divisions of the Burlington Fire Department in accordance with the Fire Protection and Prevention Act with the exception of the Fire Chief, and two (2) Deputy Fire Chiefs, one (1) Deputy Chief, one (1) Secretary to the Director, one (1) Business Process Analyst and two (2) Application Support Analysts.
