This Data Protection Agreement (the “DPA”) describes each party’s obligations with respect to its handling of Personal Data provided under the Agreement. This DPA is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement, and shall terminate as and to the extent provided in the Agreement. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the definition used in the Agreement. The terms of this DPA will control to the extent inconsistent with the Agreement.
