This Credit Agreement is entered between National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd, under Reg.No 58070, and registered address 15, Makarios III Avenue, 1065 Nicosia (the 'Bank') on the one hand, and the Applicant/Principal Cardholder and any Cardholder (if any) whose name is stated below relating to the issuance of a Credit Card by the Bank at the request of the Applicant/Principal Cardholder.
