The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “System Agency”) and Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District (County) (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to DSHS Contract No. HHS000288900003 effective January 1, 2019 (the “Contract”), now want to further amend the Contract. Under the terms and conditions of the Contract, Grantee will continue to conduct programs that control and prevent the spread of sexually-transmitted diseases pursuant to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
