THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the date of last signature, (the “Effective Date"), pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 39.34 by and between the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, hereinafter referred to as "PARKS," and Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, hereinafter referred to as "CCPUD," sometimes referred to as the “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties."
