This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (as an individual, Supplier, organization or other entity that is a party to the Ts&Cs) and Itamar Medical Ltd. or its affiliate that is a party to the Ts&Cs (“Itamar”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Licensed Software, and/or by using Third-Party Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement with respect to the Licensed Software. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, including, without limitation, the limitations on use as provided in Sections 2 do not install, use or copy the Licensed Software or use the Third Party Software.
