This Imperial Barrel Program Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned participant (the “Participant”), who is voluntarily participating in the AAPG Imperial Barrel Award Program (the “Program”), and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (the “AAPG”) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists Foundation (the “AAPGF”) (collectively AAPGF and AAPG referred to as the “AAPG Parties”).
