State Fleet Management (SFM) is seeking to establish car wash service agreements with stationary and mobile car wash vendors across the State of South Carolina. SFM is responsible for maintaining state vehicles for various State Agencies, Counties and Municipalities. This fleet consists of, but is not limited to: passenger cars, light to heavy duty vans, trucks, ADA handicap transports, and buses. SFM's goal is for our customers to have access to at least one or more car wash vendors in each county of the State, while maintaining a fair price to the taxpayer.
