This Agreement is entered into on this First Day of October, 2016, by and between JEA and Local #2358, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". It is the intent and purpose of the parties hereto to promote and improve the efficient administration of JEA and the wellbeing of employees within the meaning of collective bargaining laws and regulations; to establish a basic understanding relative to matters affecting working conditions; to provide means for amicable discussion and adjustment of matters of mutual interest; and to implement mutually agreed upon rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment; to provide a procedure for the adjustment of grievances so as to promote orderly and peaceful relations between the JEA, its employees, and the Union. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be applied impartially to all employees in the Unit. Days- referenced in this Agreement shall be calendar day
