Whereas it is considered to be the mutual interest and is the desire of the parties here to cooperate fully, individually and collectively to operate the plant of the Company at Chesterville, Ontario, so as to promote the safety and welfare of the employees, economy of operation, elimination of waste, quantity and quality of output, cleanliness of plant, and protection of property. Now therefore, it is mutually agreed as follows:
