This Student Clinical Experience Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated December 1, 2015 (“Effective Date”), and is between Manor Care of Lynwood WA, LLC dba ManorCare Health Services Lynnwood (“Center”) and Edmonds School District ("District"). The parties may be referred to collectively as "the parties" and singularly as a "party."
