EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to all employees employed by Woodchem Australia Pty Ltd., located at Gate 5, Endeavour Street, Oberon NSW 2787, engaged as shift or day workers on a full time, part time or casual basis, except for management, professional staff on individula agreements, laboratory and office employees or anyt other employees who would be covered under a separate award or agreement, such as tradesmen or contractors, who fall within the coverage of the Chemical Workers (State) Award.
