NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES that, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $1.00 now paid by each party hereto to the other, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which the Purchaser and the Vendor hereby acknowledge, and in further consideration of the covenants and agreements herein set forth, the Vendor and the Purchaser covenant and agree as follows:
