The present License contract is signed between the Author/authors of the scientific work, hereinafter named the "Licensor", on the one hand, and Moscow Region State University hereinafter called the "Licensee", represented by the acting rector Veronica Zapalatskaya who acts on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Education of Moscow Region №161-k from the 19th of June, 2018, on the other hand, referred together herein as the "Parties", and separately as the "Party".
