The Manager has the overall responsibility of ensuring that he shall be, subject to the policy directions of the Executive Committee of the Municipality, responsible and accountable for administratively being in charge of the Technical Services Office, performing such road and storm water construction and maintenance, electricity installation and maintenance, mainte- nance of streets, provision of buildings and maintenance, construction of landfill sites, street lighting, and any other functions as may be delegated to him by the Municipal Manager.
