(PJM) filed an executed Interconnected Service Agreement (ISA), designated as Service Agreement No. 6031, and an executed Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (ICSA), designated as Service Agreement No. 6032, both among PJM, Egypt Road Solar, LLC (Egypt Road) and Delmarva Power & Light Company (DPL) (collectively, the Egypt Road Agreements).1 PJM states that the Egypt Road Agreements contain provisions that do not conform to the form of ISA set forth in Attachment O of the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) and to the form of ICSA in Attachment P of the PJM OATT.
