You will have access to; the gas cook top and oven, the moveable warmers, the walk in cooler, the ice machine, microwave, coffee and tea maker. All other equipment, dishes etc. is only available to our Certified Caterers. You will need to complete a walk through with the Civic Center Director prior to occupancy of the kitchen (when you schedule your Event Details meeting).
