CONTRACTOR (this “Amendment”) is intended to amend, supplement, and revive the “Contract for Independent Consulting Services” between JNA CONSULTING GROUP, L.L.C. and the CITY OF FERNLEY, NEVADA (the “City” and together with JNA Consulting Group, L.L.C., the “Parties”).
