This is your Direct Debit Agreement ("DDA") with AXIS IP PTY LTD (APCA User) trading as Paypa Plane (Paypa Plane, “we”, “us”, “our”) which enables us to debit your nominated account for payments to the business you are paying via Paypa Plane ("your merchant", “your merchant”). It explains what your obligations are when submitting the above Direct Debit Request and entering into this DDA and what our obligations are to you as your direct debit provider.
