The Lessor published a Public Invitation No. _________ in accordance with which it informed all interested parties that it leases its production facilities: production and auxiliary halls, production facilities, machines and auxiliary equipment that is in function (and represents support) of the smooth development of production and other business processes in production facilities located within the ground area of Željezara ("Plant Company"), in compliance with the this draft Lease Agreement, in order to valorize and preserve steel production in the Plant Company with the tradition of steel production longer than 65 years.
