This Order Form is effective as of 03/31/2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Blue Ribbon Technologies, LLC dba DynaFile, a Colorado limited liability company, with offices at 6030 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Suite 110, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 (“BRT”) and the party identified below (“Customer” or “you”). The “Service” or "Services" means the hosted DynaFile web−based application, along with any Included Subscription Edition Features, that allows for the storage, access and management of Content (defined in the MSA). The DynaFile Master Services Agreement (the "MSA”), and together with this Order Form and any other addendum (or exhibit agreed to by the parties) (collectively, the “Agreement") are a binding agreement between you and BRT governing your use of the Service.
