The parties agree that effective with the start of the Spring 2020 semester, the following language shall replace all current Article 19.2.4 language (see p. 61) in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This language shall sunset as of Dec. 31, 2020, absent ratification of a Tentative Agreement prior to that date.
