This form is to acknowledge that all parties have discussed sublet position and are aware of the changes. The sub letter will be binding to all polices, fees and terms on existing lease. Lease holder is responsible for sharing copy of lease with sub letter. No one party can block a sublet change. Sublet security deposits are between lease holder and sub letter. Sub letter can send in rental payments directly to North Union Properties LLc. Rent is due on the first of month as per lease.
