LeasePlan and the Hirer have agreed to enter into this Agreement to set out the terms and conditions, first, on which any motor vehicle or motor vehicles described in a Schedule will be hired by LeasePlan to the Hirer and, secondly, on which services will be provided by LeasePlan to the Hirer.
