This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of March, 2017, (“Effective Date”) by and between The Task Force for Global Health, Inc, a Georgia, USA, non-profit corporation (hereinafter “TFGH”), and UAMS, ("Contractor"), for the purpose of executing the Project described below. TFGH and Contractor may also be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
