This Appearance Release (the “Agreement”) with Dahua Technology USA Inc., a California corporation with offices at 23 Hubble, Irvine, CA 92618 (“Dahua”), is entered into by the individual identified below (“I” or “me”) in connection with video and/or audio recordings that may be made by or on behalf of Dahua at the Dahua Dealer Summit in Ontario, Canada, over the period September 23rd through September 26th (the “Work”). In exchange for the intangible value I will gain by participating in the Work and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I irrevocably give Dahua my permission, and grant to Dahua the right, to film, record and photograph me (the “Recording”).
