This Producing Workshop Release Agreement (“Agreement”), reached by and between the Producers Guild of America Foundation, together with the Producers Guild of America, Inc. (collectively the “PGA”) and (hereinafter, and further defined below, “Participant”), is effective as of the date of the Participant’s submission of her/his application to the Power of Diversity Producing Workshop (hereinafter, and further defined below, “Workshop”).
