This is a binding Agreement between Kaddy Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 63 344 677) (‘us’ or ‘Kaddy’) and the entity (‘you’ or ‘Supplier’) with a registered Kaddy supplier account (‘Supplier Account’) on the Kaddy Platform (defined below). It also contains terms between you and purchasers or potential purchasers (‘Customers’) of Products through the Kaddy Platform.
