This Agreement between CVFiber, a Vermont Communications Union District formed under Title 30 V.S.A. Chapter 82, whose principal address is 29 Main St, Suite 4, Montpelier, VT 05602 (CVFiber or District), and the Town of East Montpelier, with a usual place of business at 40 Kelton Rd., East Montpelier, VT 05651 (“Town”), sets forth the terms of an agreement related to the contribution of Town ARPA grant funds to CVFiber for investment in fiber to the home to provide a minimum of 100 Mbps symmetrical broadband Internet service. Town and CVFiber are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
