By a written contract dated 29th June 1981 the first defendant agreed for a price of $145,000.00 to buy from the plaintiff Lot 15 on a proposed building units plan which was in fact registered in the Titles Office on 10th June 1982 and is numbered 4993. The obligations of the first defendant under the contract were guaranteed by directors of the first defendant who are second and third defendants in the action.
