Warranty. Alpha Systems, LLC (“Alpha”) warrants to the owner of a residence (“Owner”), who originally purchases a ALPHA SYSTEM SHUTTER (“Shutter”), that the Shutter shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship which cause the Shutter to break, crack, dent, warp or split. The sole warranty remedy available to Owner shall be the replacement of a defective Shutter, but no labor costs or any other incidental charges.
