This is a legal and binding agreement which, when signed, will permanently limit your ability to recover from the parties indicated below for injuries or losses you may sustain as a result of participating in a Program on or off campus and/or offered by References Innovative Learning Institute. All references to Innovative Learning Institute include the Trustees of Innovative Learning Institute, its trustees, employees, volunteers, students, Student Government Organization and participating organizations, agents and assigns and anyone participating in the Program activities.
