This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between NMC, Inc., 401 NW 56th Street, Lincoln, NE 68528 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated August 28, 2015 executed under City Directorial Order No. 13697, and County Contract C-15-0407, dated August 25, 2015 for Annual Supply - Caterpillar Filters, SS-24, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
