In consideration of the sum of $ paid to Cadott Auto Sales (DEALER) by OWNER, and subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions hereof, DEALER agrees to provide OWNER with a discount of 50% (50 percent) from DEALER’S established regular retail cash price for all parts, accessories and labor furnished, or sublet, by DEALER in the repair of the above-described VEHICLE.
