This is an agreement between you and TELUS Communications Company (“TELUS”). It sets out the terms and conditions (the “Service Terms”) that apply to your use of all local exchange services, including local telephone access service, and associated telecommunications services that TELUS provides (the “Services”). The Service Terms, together with TELUS rules and policies applying to the use of the Services, form the agreement between you and TELUS for the Services (the “Agreement”).
