AND ADULTS IN NEED, INC. (“Grantee”), who are collectively referred to as the "Parties," to that certain Youth Prevention- Universal Program (YPU) Contract effective September 1, 2019 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000539700065 (“Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
